This position is accountable for ensuring that the Regional Editorial Operations Center (REOC) & Field initiatives are met for the Dodge Editorial Southeast Region. Ensures development of relationships with strategically important sources for content acquisition of construction news that contributes to the success of the Dodge product offerings. Responsible for the REOC and Field news- gathering operations and managing an annual expense budget. Duties include: hiring, training and motivating a staff of para-professionals, exempt and non-exempt employees. Coordination with Plan Room Operations to ensure consistency.
College degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
Experience working in project planning environment utilizing work breakdown structure and other similar tools.
3+ years experience managing exempt, non-exempt, and para-professional associates.
Demonstrated leadership skills, strong technology and computer competencies.
Extensive travel within the Southeast and Atlanta, GA required.
