External Job Description Hospira's Systems Technology and Services business is currently hiring Implementation Project Managers. Implementation Project Managers work with customers to maximize the value of Hospira's products and services in the healthcare setting. The Implementation Project Manager is accountable for the customer experience and performance of all assigned engagements and a key member of internal team accountable for Service Methodologies.
Responsibilities
* Manage Service Delivery including Scope, Resources, Timelines and the Change Order Process.
* Set customer expectations in accordance with agreed upon terms and conditions.
* Proactively Identify, Communication and Manage Engagement Risks
* Manage all engagements within predefined performance targets including customer satisfaction and profitability.
* Key team member of the System Technology and Services Process Committee accountable for Service Methodology including definition, controls and performance metrics.
* Build strong relationships with customers and Hospira's sales force
* Assign and manage multiple cross functional teams of Hospira and Customer resources.

Skills/Experience Education/Certification Requirements
* 5+ years of direct experience managing multi-million dollar, cross-functional programs within a large healthcare organization
* Led the Implementation of enterprise wide healthcare information systems (ie. BPOC, eMar, etc)
* Successfully managed customer relationships (ie. Account Management)
* Interfaced and formed relationships with Sr Level Hospital Staff
* 3+ years Consulting or Sales experience in the Healthcare Industry
* Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal, ability to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Excellent Presentation Skills, Ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management
* Clinical, PharmD, Nursing and/or I.T. degree. Advanced degree a plus
* Process Design, Control and Management leveraging ITIL, ISO, SixSigma methods
* Strong Experience in activities like Statement of Work creation, Estimations, Scope Definition, Project Planning, Budgeting, Cost & Time management, Resource plans/forecasts, Risk Management, Change Control processes, Quality Planning, Stakeholder Communication etc.. Certification a Plus
* Experience of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying interdependencies among various projects within the program, Integrating Project Plans, etc
* Holistic "people / process / technology" approach to solving technology related business problems
* Travel is 40% as such access to a major regional airport is required.
* Home Office. We are targetting Georgia, Florida or Carolina's but will consider other locations.
