Position Description
This position is part of the Long Beach Site Core Business Operations Processes and Tools organization. The selected individual will serve as the Team Lead for the Long Beach Site Core Integrated Schedules group. Position will be responsible for providing Integrated Scheduling process direction, formal training, leading development and maintenance of process metrics, process documentation, and participation in process reviews/surveillances. In addition will facilitate Scheduling Best Practices reviews, process standardization, lead special project scheduling teams, and make recommendations for improvements to program project schedules. Position requires ability to work well in team environments. analytical ability and excellent communication and presentation skills. This position interfaces with program, site ,and Integrated Defense Systems management as well as Government representatives/Customers.

Education and/or Experience
