Position Description
A Level 5 Organizational Effectiveness (OE) consultant provides OE services enterprise-wide to Business Unit and company leadership. Services include: Organization Design, Work Design and Metrics, Job Design, Change Management, Executive Coaching, Conflict Mediation, Organization Culture Assessment and Development, Leadership Team Development, Strategy and Strategic Business Model Development. An OE consultant will have demonstrated successful experience in each of these areas in a large, complex organization with global partners and customers, and complex regulatory requirements. In addition to consulting services, responsibilities include contributing to the development of one (or more) of the Organization Effectiveness practice groups by bringing new models and best practices in those areas to our HRG partners. Skills and abilities include strong interpersonal skills that quickly build trust with clients and their larger systems, ability to quickly grasp politically complex organizations, ability to rapidly learn a business and its market challenges, ability to influence and persuade without formal authority, and proven ability to expand one's sphere of influence. Will have working knowledge of tools, models, and methods in each of the service areas, and a demonstrated ability to customize and/or design new tools, methods, etc. where existing tools and methods are of limited utility. In addition, will have demonstrated ability to do the following: Use Systems Dynamics and value network analysis with clients to help them understand the complexity of interactions in their organization(s). Plan and implement large system solutions. Adapt methods to achieve business results. Successfully lead a team of consultants engaged in enterprise-wide, interdisciplinary change efforts. Successfully lead a practice group to achieve required results while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment. Mentor and shadow consultants with colleagues that are less experienced to further their development. An OE Consultant will have a track record for successful contract and delivery of OE services which deliver measurable business results.

Education and/or Experience
