Position Description
Integrated Scheduling currently has several challenging opportunities available at the St. Louis site for individuals with a background in Project Management, Program Planning, Program and Network Scheduling. The individuals selected will be responsible for the development and coordination of schedules that support program requirements and are fully integrated across all stakeholders. Responsibilities include detailed analysis of current schedule performance, variance and trend analysis, and timely communication of scheduling issues and risks to program management. In addition, the candidates selected will function as the scheduling subject matter experts for their assigned programs and will be the point of contact with customers and suppliers concerning scheduling related issues. Candidates will also be asked to provide coaching to less experienced schedulers and participate in functional process and initiative teams as required.

Complete ability to create comprehensive project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones, direct and manage more complex project schedules, independently identify project resource requirements, collaborate with others on more complex projects assigned, and assist others in complex large scale projects.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's and 6 to 9 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 4 to 7 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
