Paralegal (Corporate Background and Experience)

Job Description:
Large Non- Profit Org. located (Downtown) DC is in need of a corporate paralegal immediataely. Position reports to the VP, General Counsel.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years of Paralegal experience, at least 3 years of which
needs to be as a corporate Paralegal.
* Solid tenure - no more than 2 employers during the last 7 years.
* 4 year degree required.
* Strong MS Office skills.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
