Description :
The Retail Outlet Assistant supports the Inventory Control Manager and impacts the accuracy of the retail store inventory levels.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for upper Management.
Create Retail Outlet Promotions within the Retek system.
Record and track on hand adjustments and inventory transfers within Retek.
Coordinate information between Retail Stores and warehouse personnel to resolve any inventory issues/discrepancies.
Maintain all files related to back-up documentation received form Retail Stores and Fulfillment Centers.
Complete related projects and reports assigned by Manager.
Spends approximately 75 - 80 % of day entering data
HS Diploma or Equivalent.
1 - 2 years experience in clerical position including heavy data entry.
Basic MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Proficient 10 key numeric data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills to work across business units.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to research discrepancies
Preferred Requirements:
Retail or Inventory/Receiving experience.
Knowledge of Retek.
Proficiency with Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables.
