LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - Newark, NJ - Here’s your opportunity to develop top performers while supporting continuous learning in our corporate culture. You will be responsible for end to end design, development, delivery and assessment of Enterprise Wide learning initiatives. You will manage new employee development, Horizon business specific learning, management development and blended learning methodologies. You will engage in vendor management, budget management, strategic sourcing, program marketing and internal communication of learning events. To qualify, you will need Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design/ Technology, Human Resources or related degree, and three – six year of experience in design, development, delivery and assessment of learning curriculum. Background should include communications and soft-skills course design and facilitation, e-learning and blended learning course development. Candidates should also possess strong platform and PC skills, and understand the relationship between organizational development and business goals. Experience with Learning Management Systems required and PeopleSoft preferred.
