Description :
Location: Marinette, WI
Responsible for long range planning and scheduling of new construction projects to meet all demands and achieving operation objectives. Effectively communication across company functional areas, including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and accounting.
• Develop, monitor and update high level and detail project schedule
• Identify and resolve schedule constraints
• Participate in the development of work pack scopes
• Monitor resource allocation
• Key participant in the in the bidding function
• Monitor compliance with schedule
• Ability to utilize scheduling tools, specifically P3 and Microsoft Project
• Develop manpower resource requirements for the project
• Participate in hull block structure development
• Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Program Management
• Bachelor's degree or High School diploma plus 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing scheduling environment. Skilled at detail oriented work.
• Computer literate MRP systems (BAAN) and Scheduling Software (P3 and Microsoft Project)
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an office or indoor industrial environment.
