Position Description
Participates in the preparation of proposal documentation for company products and services and performs the full spectrum of the contracts and pricing function for programs of increasing value or complexity or of an unusual nature (e.g., partnerships, joint ventures, foreign customers, commercial customers, etc.) Provides input for the preparation of proposals for company products and services. Formulates basic strategy, including proper identification and proposal of contract type; integration of work statements; development of schedules, price and payment provisions, contract terms and conditions, program execution plans, and work authorizations. Resolves scope issues with customers. Provides professional business leadership to program management in various contracts specialties. Ensures timely response to customer requests and program issues. Conducts meetings with program and customer personnel to identify and mitigate or resolve potential problems. Negotiates collateral agreements (such as proprietary information agreements, teaming agreements, bailment agreements). Provides professional business leadership. Assignment will be supporting any one of the active programs managed at the Ridley Park, PA facility.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree and 10 to 14 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 8 to 12 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated international contracting experience on a direct commercial sales basis required for this position. International travel will be required to support on-going sales campaigns.
