Description :
The Regional Senior Credit Officer (RSCO) serves as a key resource for all Business Banking lending personnel and Business Banking Credit Services underwriters. The RSCO will engage in all deals >$750,000 to assist with deal structuring and underwriting, and in many cases, adjudication. The position is aligned with a geographic region to ensure a close working relationship with the Metro and Community Business Banking leadership and sales teams. The RSCO also assists the sales team through coaching, training, and joint customer calling, and acts as a resource for critical projects and initiatives. The RSCO will report to the Business Banking Deputy Chief Credit Officer.
Minimum Bachelor's degree; preferred Master's degree or advanced certification (CFA, CPA, etc.). Minimum 5 years experience in commercial/consumer lending or commercial credit, with knowledge of lending regulations. (Some flexibility in location within the state of Florida)
