Position Description
Support the Radars Project Operations sub team in the daily management of all Radars operations and Engineering change process activities. Duties include support to the GMD change management processes, including preparation of change documentation, participating and organizing the radars level 3 change board and representing the Radars organization at the level II CCB as well as brown and green rooms and tracking all changes through implementation/coordination. Work with all other parts of the radars organization to assure that all impacts for each change have been properly documented in the appropriate change package and board reviews. Coordinate with Radars Product Operations team located in Woburn, MA to coordinate all change activities to capture supplier impacts

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry and typically 14 to 19 years experience in an engineering classification or either a Master's degree with 12 to 17 years experience or a PhD degree with 9 to 14 years experience in an engineering classification. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Position requires knowledge of planning and scheduling processes, cost analysis, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and project management techniques. Experience with Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional (OPP) or COBRA is preferred. Some travel may be required.
