You as a Business Systems Analyst III will be responsible for the day to day production, support, and development of all current and future reporting infrastructure for the Consumer Default department of Lending Services. The analyst will spend time enhancing existing reports, applications, and databases based on requests from the Default Management team. All data is used to provide metrics, key performance indicators, and daily production reports. Current applications and languages used include Access, SQL, Microsoft Reporting Services, Excel, and Visual Basic.
Requirements
This job requires previous experience in the banking industry with a preferred background supporting Collections and Default. The position requires a strong mix of excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and database skills. The candidate should possess workload management skills and the ability to get engaged in complex assignments and meet strict deadlines. Candidate must be customer focused. Attention to detail and speed is critical.
The successful candidate should have expert level Access skills and report writing experience. Three to Five years of practical experience is required, and a business or computer science degree is preferred.
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 pm
Some evenings or weekend hours as needed.
