Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, Transportation Function: Business Management Location: Multiple, US Job #: 819945 Posted: Jun 12, 2008 Responsibilities - Provide leadership and direction to railroad hourly employees, providing clear direction on the job they are to perform, including all appropriate documentation. - Interpret and insure adherence to GE work scopes. - Encourage and maintain safe work environment. - Maintain clean and orderly work areas. - Responsible for FRA compliance, OSHA work practices, and specific local customer safety policies. - Provide feedback to other GE teams for updates to work scopes. Qualifications - BS degree in Engineering OR HS diploma/GED and 5+ years experience in industrial operations or 5+ years military leadership experience. - Experience in Microsoft office applications.
