The Zune team is embarking on the mission to create a "Connected Entertainment" experience, realized through the Zune service, that spans multiple devices such as Zune, Xbox, PC and more. We are looking for an experienced Sr. SDET with great testing aptitude, programming skills and communication skills. You must be able to tackle technical and engineering issues independently, can ramp up quickly on a new technology, can drive cross group and cross discipline collaborations, and are passionate about innovating test methodologies and establishing efficient processes. This role will require close collaboration with peers within and outside the immediate test groups
Additional Qualifications
6+ years of professional testing and/or development experience
Excellent programming skills in C, C++, or C#
Great problem solving skills and high intellectual horsepower
A proven track record for shipping quality software on time
The ability to work within product teams and across product groups
Passion for engineering excellence and learning
