Job Title Transportation Specialist
External Job Description Coordinate the export process, of medical devices, samples, solutions and pharmaceutical drugs for 16 countries in Latin America including Brazil from three origin points in (2) USA and (1)the Netherlands, including packing, inspection, inland transportation, shipping, generation of documentation as well as tracking and tracing of shipment until the delivery is made in country according to the corresponding Incoterms.
Generation of new procedures for packing, inspection and shipping according to the destination's (customer) requirements and, update of export profiles (instructions) per country. Translation of documents related to the logistics process and to the company products. Perform direct communication with the final customer in order to comply with quality and customs regulation.
Provide assistance to DC for problem resolution regarding controlled product losses and reporting to domestic and international agencies.
Coordinate the process for product returns to the USA with the customs compliance, distribution and finance departments in order to account for the product appropriately within the system.
Skills/Experience Education/Certification Bachelor's Degree Required.
Two years of Transportation and/or Distribution knowledge required.
International experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of SAP a plus.
Bilingual abilities a plus.
