Payroll Director (7.3) The Payroll Director will process payroll, maintain Jamis master file, oversee labor distribution function, including consultant processing. S/he will review the payroll process to ensure policies and procedures are followed; will also require that supporting documentation is maintained, data entered and processed accurately. The Payroll Director is also responsible for the reconciliation of payroll related general ledger accounts.
Bachelors in one of the following or related fields: Accounting, Business and Business Administration required or equivalent combination of education and work experience plus a min 10 year(s) of relevant experience required; Experience processing timely and accurate payroll; Extensive experience in reconciliations; Knowledge of international rules for overseas staff; Thorough understanding of Federal, MultiStates and Local laws; Knowledge of Ceridian and Jamis is a plus.
