-Deploy global facility solutions based on organization strategy including the implementation and on-going management of third-party alternatives.
-Supports export kitting strategy and process objectives for in-country operational deployment.
-Work with Commercial Teams to understand market needs and adjust global footprint to meet capacity demands.
-Support internal tollgate process.
-Develop data models supporting commercial proposals development to include site selection, system solutions, parts identification, cost models etc.
-Develop global warehouse lean processes and business metrics.
- Focused on developing and measuring global warehouse operations metrics across GE operated and 3PL operated facilities.
-Responsible for proper resourcing and training of global warehouse personnel.
-Develop processes and execute improvements using Lean Six Sigma Tools.
-Develop supplier relationships that support growth objectives and deliver functional capacity requirements.

Qualifications
-Bachelors Degree from accredited university.
-Min 1+ years experience in warehouse distribution operations.
-MS Project, ERP, WMS experience.
-Travel 25-50%.

-Experience with transactional lean process.
-Proven success in Project/Program Management.
-CKD/SKD export program experience.
-Ability to work in a matrix organization across channels and cultures.
-Results oriented, self-motivated, adaptable and an interchangeable team leader/member. -Six Sigma BB/GB certified.
-Third party Logistics Experience.
-Excellent leadership skills/change agent.
-Strong project management skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
-Demonstrated commitment for process improvement.
