This position is PART TIME with mostly morning hours.
Responsibilities:
Daily entry of all inbound orders
Generate daily billing/invoices
Communicate all issues with regard to order entry to Customer Service Manager
Adhere to established standards of productivity and accuracy per Customer Service Manager
Communicate art issues in new orders with Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs.
Able to handle multiple projects, independent worker.
Follows direction well.
