This position will play a key role in sourcing candidates for a variety of positions within our agency.
As a fully integrated direct marketing agency, Hacker Group provides direct marketing/direct response advertising solutions for some very well known companies (AT&T, Comcast, NetFlix).
Responsibilities:
Source candidates in a variety of ways (internet, newspaper, referrals)
Contact qualified, passive and active candidates to determine interest level
Screen and assess candidate qualifications for job fit
Schedule and coordinate telephone or in-person interviews
Provide periodic updates and status reports to hiring managers
Manage multiple requisitions for a variety of positions (sales, creative, data)
Utilize resources effectively
Represent the agency in a professional, confident manner
Develop creative, out-of-the-box recruiting methods Required Qualifications :
3+ years as recruiter; preferably agency or creative background
Strong prioritization, organization and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
College degree, and/or combination of college and experience
