Posted: May 29, 2008 Responsibilities

*Provide overall leadership to aggressively drive execution of all site activities in region (Receiving, Installation & Commissioning).

*Expertise in Field EHS and Quality Procedures.

*Drive project requirements in region including cost, schedule, performance.

* Lead GFO Project Kick off meeting for all projects in region.

*Attend and support Site Monthly Project meetings

* Provide ISO leadership and compliance at site level

*Ensure there is a smooth handoff (R-5) to the WFO Services group at the completion of all projects

*Review all GE subcontracts and detailed project staffing plans for region. *Manage GE Energy resources on all sites in region.

*Ensure customer service and satisfaction.

*Ensure strict EHS and quality processes are implemented.

*Maintain accurate assessment of sites performances and proactively take action as required.

*Foster a team environment to facilitate success including synergies with WFO Service.

*Ensure site teams follow all site guidelines, policies, site rules.

*Have direct reporting responsibility for GFO Wind Site Managers.

*Utilize Six Sigma, process discipline, and digitization tools to optimize site performance.

Qualifications

*Minimum 3 years experience in field management on Wind farms.

*Minimum Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

*At least 1 year of Direct Construction or Commissioning management experience.

*Minimum of 1 year Technical experience on Wind farms.

*Expertise in Field EHS and Quality Procedures.

Eligibility Requirement:

*Due to government regulations pertaining to the nature of this work, the employee must be a US citizen or other 'US person' (i.e. permanent resident, temporary resident, refugee, or asylee). GE will require proof of status prior to employment

*Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.

*Ability to have a flexible work schedule.

*Six Sigma (GE employees only) and Digitization Skills.

*Familiarity with GE Energy Wind operating functions.

*Demanding Regional Manager position requiring team leadership and communications skills.

*Demonstrated leadership and management skills, which has resulted in successful projects.

*Contract administration skills.

*Customer Service skills.

*Communication and problem solving skills.

*Ability to manage multiple complicated projects.

*Aggressive approach and drive in Construction and Commissioning management.

*Ability to manage direct reports.

*Excellent computer skills.

*Ability to work with minimal supervision.
