Job Title Contract Marketing Project Analyst - Specialty Pharmaceuticals
External Job Description The Project Analyst is part of a team that writes and administers contracts with the Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Critical Care team.
The Project Analyst's responsibilities are varied and include:
Interfacing with Customers as well as with other areas in Hospira including Customer Care, Planning, Finance, Marketing and Contract Marketing.
Processing Purchase Orders and new Contracts and maintaining ongoing Contracts.
Adding new products to contracts and updating pricing for existing contracts responding to new business opportunities.
Ensuring that Hospira is compliant with with all contracts.
Producing various reports and analyses in support of the MMS Contracting Operations team.
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Skills/Experience Education/Certification Bachelors degree or pursuing degree required. Contract Marketing experience is highly desired.
Candidate should:
Possess an analytical interest and orientation.
Be experienced in the use of Excel, Business Objects, and Hospira's Contract (CAS), Chargeback (CBS) and Order Processing (SAP) systems.
Possess and exhibit good communications skills.
Be knowledgable of Hospira's product line and business in general.
Understand Hospira's order processing and contracting process.
