Position : Incentive Sys/Proc Group Mgr

Description :

Work as part of the Commercial Bank Sales Analytics & Incentive Compensation Team. Manages the design, development, and maintenance of incentive compensation production databases required to support the Commercial Bank incentive programs. Gathers all of the input data from multiple sources and produces the necessary payroll files and related reports. Works directly with Commercial Bank, HR and Compensation Executives on issues and problem resolution. Plays a leadership role in the development and implementation of various Commercial Bank incentive programs each year. Responsible for overseeing production schedules, identifying process improvements, implementing quality control procedures and troubleshooting production issues to ensure error-free results. Responsible for developing the best system solution to effectively and efficiently manage multiple IC plans. Manages a team of 5-6 exempt incentive compensation analysts.

Proven expertise in articulating system and compensation design plus the ability to manage and train other developers.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written).
Knowledge of Banking and the related Sales Incentive programs.
Proven effectiveness in management - has 5-6 direct reports
Effective and efficient management of administration, including hiring, performance management, staff development, budgeting, and expense control.
Proven Project management and process improvement capabilities
Ability to effectively manage unusual compensation situations and enforce plan specifications, guiding senior level management through exceptions
