Microsoft's Windows Automotive is where we bring these systems together. We're currently shipping "Blue & Me" systems in Fiats and Alpha-Romeos and will soon be including "Sync" in several vehicles from Ford Motor Company. These systems feature Bluetooth technology to connect to cellular phones and the ability to plug in devices such as the Zunes, MTP players and iPODs. Responsibilities:
Writing and implementing comprehensive test plans, test design specifications, and test cases; Reviewing Product Specification documents; Reviewing product and test code; Developing robust test cases automation and common area libraries in C; Designing and creating test tools. You will drive and own feature testing from specification review to release.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates must have at least 2 years software engineering experience and a strong understanding of testing concepts, good coding skills in C++/C, good problem solving and analytical skills, and passion to champion customer issues and product quality. Verbal and written communication skills in English must be very good. Windows CE and/or embedded experience desired for this position. Passion for automotive technology is a plus.
