Field Technicians ( Reno )
Location : Reno , NV
Pay rate : $18-20/hr
Contract to Hire
Position Summary: Field Technicians
o Laptop – Desktop Break / Fix technician (DISPATCH)
o Printer Break / Fix technician (DISPATCH)
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for performing on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, and printers.
o Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
o Performs general maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs major OEM laptops, desktops, and printers.
o Prepares progress reports for work performed.
o Will use problem management databases and help desk system.
MINIMUM Requirements: (Candidates missing any of these requirements will be automatically rejected.)
A+ Certified
Laptop – Desktop Break Fix Experience
Printer Break Fix Experience
Reliable Transportation
Additional Skill Set Considerations:
Major OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
Major OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
Server Break Fix
Networking Experience
Server + Certified
