SUPERVISOR, ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
Location: Marinette, Wisconsin
Direct-Hire position with benefits.
Relocation expenses are covered.
Job Objective :
--Lead a crew of skilled trade personnel in an area of the manufacturing organization with responsiblity for facilsities, electrical and mechanical maintenance for the construction of ships for both commercial and military clustomers.
--Manage assignes crew to attain quality, schedule and cost objectives.
--Review and understand department, organizaion, and company goals and objectives and ensure positive results.
Job Requirements:
--Bachelors Degree or 4 years electrical supervisory experience or 8 plus years of trade experience
--Evidence of leadership skills
--Good verbal and written communication skills.
--Computer skills including familiarity with MS Office as well as skills working with a computerized managed maintenance system.
--Knowledge of general HVAC, electrical troubleshooting and building maintenance are required.
--Experience with welding power sources and high voltage transformer maintenance are a plus.
--Must have the ability to instrucdt assigned personnel on processes, policies and procedures.
