The Regulatory Reporting Analyst responsibilities include:
-Preparing and analyzing Regulatory Reports required by the Regulatory Agencies (Federal Reserve, OCC, and FDIC)
-File reports on changes in the corporations legal organization structure
-Prepare reports on behalf of National City Bank's Canadian office
-Monitor and file the corporations Regulation W transactions with affiliates
Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Will be required to work with the various lines of business in analyzing variances and gathering information for reporting changes. Must be able to research the various regulations and understand how business decisions affect Regulatory Reporting. Must be able to work independently, have strong attention to detail, and maintain neat and organized work files.
Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
5+ years experience in accounting and reporting environments such as accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal or external audit.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Access database.
Mainframe knowledge including Information Expert and MSAS required.
M-F 8-5 Some overtime required
