We are in search of a passionate, articulate, and exceptional OUTSIDE SALES CONSULTANT in the central to northern CALIFORNIA territory. Territory offers an incredible growth opportunity! We offer a competitive salary with a lucrative incentive bonus compensation plan. Training and company car provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Representation and sales of CTB/McGraw-Hill testing products and services.
MUST contribute to revenue growth in the assigned territory through the initiation
and maintenance of contact with decision-makers in school districts and other
educational agencies.
Develop marketing plans and activities that are designed to maintain the current
customer base and generate new business.
Conduct workshops and other types of educational testing training activities for
clients and promotional events.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Educational Assessment, Guidance, or Curriculum Development.
MUST have previous educational sales experience!
Ability to manage a large and growing customer base, and experience conducting training and in-service programs.
Self-motivator, extreme organizational abilities, time and territorial management skills are critical.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
PASSIONATE about building partnerships and developing relationships to service the educational community with exceptional assessment products and services!
Familiarity with CTB products is an additional plus.
