McGraw-Hill Education has an outstanding opportunity for an ESL Field Sales Manager based inDallas, Texas .
Responsibilities:
Aggressively drive sales and build market share of ESL products (both print and digital) and services to our three key markets: Adult Ed, College/University and Community Based Organizations in your assigned territory
Direct Account Representative responsibility as well as managing per diem consultants
Successfully represent McGraw-Hill product to all accounts: from those who currently use M-H materials to those who are not aware of our presence in the ESL field
Expand current business and secure new business in order to meet and exceed sales goals
Conduct presentations/workshops on M-H materials at conferences and individual account
Train and manage per diem consultants who will also conduct similar presentations and workshops
Communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing and Editorial management as to the needs, changes, developments, etc. of the ESL Markets in their territory
· Manage and budget your collective resources effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of ESL sales experience highly preferred
Knowledge or experience in the field of ESL or EFL
Extensive established connections with major accounts within territory
Ability to travel, which at peak seasons (spring and fall) may exceed 60%.
Bilingual preferred
