Job Description:
COMMISSION MANAGER / SALES ANALYST
Call Center Operations
This position reports to the Director of Customer Contact Centers and is responsible for all sales reporting and analytics, the administration of commission plans and the development/execution of sales incentives in the Residence Sales Center and Save Desk organization.
Processes commissions for the Residence Sales Center and Save Desk. Provides monthly maintenance of all commission plans with the channel. Interfaces with payroll to ensure all commission payouts are timely and accurate. This individual would lead and facilitate a committee designed to enhance and improve commission plans.
Responsible for the development and execution of all sales incentives within the channel. It requires a level of creativity that will motivate sales consultants to sell and the ability to deliver the incentive to sales consultants with an enthusiastic approach.
Reporting and Analytics
Goal Allocations – Responsible for goal allocations down to the team and agent level to ensure goals are fairly allocated based on logical methodologies
Reporting – Provides daily, weekly, monthly, reports on key performance indicators, Sales, Financials, Operation review preparation. Develops reporting on close rates by strategic product and revenue per call/FTE.
Forecasting – Forecasts Sales, Headcount attrition, Goal allocations within the sales channel
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience in Operations Management / Statistics or related field
Prior Sales Experience preferred
Strong analytical skills
Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
Strong Organization skills
