If so, Educate Online, America’s leading provider of live at-home tutoring for at-risk students, is looking to hire a team of Enrollment Coordinators to assist with recruiting students to participate in our free online tutoring program.
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking part-time Enrollment Coordinators to act as team leader for small teams of community based field marketing representatives. Enrollment Coordinators can expect to work M – F during normal business hours (up to 29 hours per week) between the months of August and October.
Assist in planning recruitment efforts for assigned regions in inner city communities in the San Diego area.
• Create schedules and maps for field recruitment teams based on research and knowledge of community activities and school schedules
• Ensuring field recruitment teams are in assigned communities/schools in alignment with recruitment strategy and guidelines
• Motivate field recruitment teams to reach recruitment goals
Duties will also include traveling in various inner city communities to generate interest in our online tutoring program.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to pass a fingerprinting and background check
• Must have reliable transportation to travel with teams or to schools/community based events
• Spanish Bilingual skill a plus, but not a requirement
• Previous marketing, non-profit, team leader or experience working in inner city communities strong plus
• Sales and Customer Service skills!
We offer a competitive rate of pay, plus bonus and a commission plan. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
