As our Nike Town Department Manager, you'll lead the team and keep the team energized, motivated and focused on a single vision: serving the Athletes that walk through our doors everyday. You'll inspire each employee by demonstrating a personal responsibility for the team and the success of the store, and bring enthusiasm and passion to the store everyday. You'll also lead the Nike people-development processes by coaching and motivating your direct staff, including training, skill development and personal development, and by providing opportunities in alignment with training programs. You'll help to create and support the environment where your team gets the right product, the right fit and the right style to every consumer. In addition, you'll show up with solid skills to help manage and hit sales goals, sell-through and standard performance indicators on a daily and weekly basis, and develop strategies to respond to changing business conditions.
Show us what you've got:
- Minimum 1 year supervisory/lead experience or demonstrated success leading a key initiative or project
- 4+ years' general retail and/or hospitality experience responding to consumer needs and problem-solving in an environment that provides premium service levels
- Proven experience leading the delivery of premium service levels to consumers in a Brand retailer or hospitality environment
