- As part of the Energy Learning Center and Infrastructure Learning CoE, develop and implement world-class Contractual Services training, helping to make Energy the employer of choice, develop a talent pipeline and improve business results.
- Partner with the GM Contractual Services, CSA Regional General Managers, the O&M General Manager and Functional Managers' to create and implement effective learning strategies for Contractual Services, globally.
- Conduct competency model assessments for Contractual Services and support the findings with scalable learning strategies for more than 900 global Contractual Services employees.
- Work with Contractual Services leaders to assess learning and development gaps and drive strategy for training.
- Measure training performance in terms of impact on business goals - Big Y's, COQ, VR, NPS etc.
- As a change leader, drive practical implementation of learning and development leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks.
- Develop CPMs, Ops Managers and other functional experts to support the course curriculum, and form qualified instructor network.
- Develop and implement learning strategies and interventions for key functional training programs such as the Facility Manager Certification program.
- Formulate delivery strategies for curricula including Train-the-Trainer, eLearning and internal and/or external instructor training and then track progress and compliance.
- Deliver business and training metrics for learning solutions as agreed upon by the GM Contractual Services, CSA Regional General Managers, the O&M General Manager and Functional Managers.
- Manage and track global training programs and certified trainer database using myLearning.
- Deliver tools to the business globally to assist in the understanding of course offerings initiatives, best practices and projects.
- Act as a senior training consultant and mentor business critical projects as and when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in the development of consulting or training experiences, management or human-resources-related field with strong knowledge base in organizational design.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and program development.
Eligibility:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process.
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.
- Have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- If currently a GE employee, you must have been in your current positions for at least 18 months, have at least a satisfactory performance rating and submit your application through COS to be considered.
- Ability to travel as required - approximately 50%.
Desired
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Power Plant Operator, Shift Supervisor, or Operations Manager (Combined Cycle preferred but large Steam/Nuclear acceptable).
- Master's degree in Education, or Engineering.
- Previous Instructor Certification.
- Knowledge of the Contractual Services Business Model.
- Experienced in leading major change efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills, collaboration, and integrity.
- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all levels of the organization.
- Previous training or facilitation experience; experience with adult learning concepts.
- Understanding of e-learning success factors and development of blended learning solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to develop and execute strategic plans; results oriented.
- Demonstrated ability in leadership and team management in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Proven project and budget management skills on large complex projects; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Black Belt or Master Black Belt certified (GE employees only).
- Multilingual.
