Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.

Develop and maintain multi-level integrated project schedules.

Execute Skill & Resource loading models.

Perform critical path evaluation and analysis.

Train and mentor employees in project life cycle methodology and software.

Baseline performance monitoring and evaluation.

Analyze cross project resource allocations and recommend potential staffing solutions to functional managers and project managers.

Develop reports, views, filters, etc. to meet business-reporting needs.

Facilitate meetings with leadership team to resolve resources and ensure clear communication.

Prepare supportive data to support schedule and cost estimates in proposals and other business needs.

Must be able to work with and maintain confidential information.

Ability to prioritize assignments.

Ability to work independently.

Strong team building skills.
Qualifications


Minimum 10 years planning, scheduling, project management experience in the nuclear field.

BS OR BA Degree or 10 years equivalent field experience in schedule management.

Experience in an enterprise scheduling environment.

Greenbelt certification (GE employees only).

Eligibility requirements:

Willing to travel domestically and/or internationally to meet business or customer objectives.

PMP Certification.

Able to coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and support staff.

Extensive experience using Primavera Scheduling software with knowledge of Open Plan scheduling software.

Strong computing skills including MS Work, Excel, and PowerPoint. General
