Job Description:
Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk Come Join the Crescent Team! Are you tired of those dead end“jobs ” with no advancement opportunities? We are now looking for aReceptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk in Peoria IL. This person is responsible for: o Screening and routing incoming calls o Processing cash sales and completing daily cash deposits o Reviewing vendor invoices o Verifying vendor invoice accuracy o Auditing incomplete purchase orders o Contacting vendors and corporate headquarters personnel to resolve billing discrepancies o Maintaining Accounts Payable files o Training under the existing Office Manager We require a HS Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years related experience. Previous experience with Accounts Payable is highly preferred. Candidates are required to have superb communication, organizational, detail orientation, and problem solving skills. The ability to work well with others as a member of a team is required. Previous office management experience is a plus.
