Position : Ergonomic Engineer

Description :
Our client is located in South Central Kentucky. As part of the firms ongoing effort to improve the work environment, the client desires to add the skills of an experienced Ergonomic Engineer. The successful candidate will support the manufacturing and engineering teams in making recommendations regarding new and current equipment and processes in the company's manufacturing and office areas. The engineer will be familiar with all federal, state and local regulations; will conduct workplace risk analysis using PDA and MDS tools. Candidates should be familiar with several ergonomic modeling software tools. A bachelors degree in Engineering, Biomechanics or related field is necessary, as is two or more years of experience in HMI. Familiarity with KY OSHA is highly desired.
