If so, Educate Online, America’s leading provider of live at-home tutoring for at-risk students, is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to assist with recruiting students to participate in our free online tutoring program.
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a part-time seasonal Enrollment Coordinators to manage a small team of 3 to 5 community based field marketing representatives to support your territory’s efforts. In this role you will build relationships with principals, teachers and parent coordinators.
Develop and plan recruitment efforts for assigned regions in various communities in Clark County, Nevada
Identify school events and community activities to generate leads for student enrollment
Make presentations to principals, teachers and parent coordinators at events as needed
Motivate field recruitment teams to reach recruitment goals
Ensure field recruitment teams are in assigned communities/schools in alignment with recruitment strategy and guidelines
Create schedules and maps for field recruitment teams based on research and knowledge of community activities and school schedules
Communicate with schools in assigned territory on a daily basis to build relationships, etc.
Create calendars, transmit reports using Microsoft Excel and print progress reports for schools as needed
Attend required staff and team meetings and provide feedback and status update to staff at team meetings
Identify what recruitment efforts are successful, and why, and expand on those ideas.
Ensure consistent and highest customer experience and satisfaction with every engagement.
Enrollment Coordinators must be able to commit to a flexible schedule with availability to work day, evening and weekend hours as requested. Additionally, for part-time opportunities, you must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Requirements:
· Ability to hire and train staff of Field Marketing Reps. · Outstanding coaching skills & the desire to lead a team. · Excellent motivational and customer service skills! · Ability to use own initiative and decision-making ability to resolve issues reactively and proactively. · Excellent time management, organizational & planning skills. · Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment. · Must be able to pass a fingerprinting and background check · Must have reliable transportation to travel with teams or to schools/community based events · Previous experience using Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook strongly preferred
Spanish Bilingual skills a plus.
