Come be a part of E&D (entertainment and devices) mobile team and delight millions of mobile phone users with amazing music, video and games experience! We are extending entertainment experiences and services to mobile phones - the most personal and most ubiquitous device in the modern era.
We are looking for an exceptional senior program manager to drive Mobile Network Operators and device OEM engagement efforts. You will partner closely with the business development team to help drive the adoption of our mobile offerings among top MNOs/OEMs worldwide. You will act as the key technical interface and conduit for partner feedback, and help shape the overall product strategy and roadmap. This is a critical leadership role that will have a large, cross company impact across the entertainment and devices ecosystem.
Primary responsibilities include:
Understand product architecture, technology stack and design considerations
Be primary technical interface for MNO/OEM partners
Be the primary product group point-of-contact and technical advisor for business development team
Conduct product presentations and software demos on-site or at customer locations, trade shows
Assist business team in identifying new business opportunities and refining business strategies
Support deal execution and partner engagement by offering insights to technical features and product roadmap
Champion partner & business needs and help set direction throughout product planning, development, and deployment cycles
Ensure ongoing and effective communication channels between the business & product groups
The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in consumer mobile industry, background in digital media, gaming, advertising are strong plus
Extraordinary communicator, significant experience in delivering persuasive presentations to both technical and business decision makers
A strong track record of clear strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and cross group/cross company partnership
High intellectual horse power, stimulated by ambiguity and complexity
Prior experience in product/business planning, partner/field experience is a strong plus
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, CS, engineering and/or equivalent industry experience is preferred
Position is located in Redmond, but may require frequent travel
