Our Customer Support department is looking to fill a Jr. Account Specialist / Executive Support team position. This position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service is offered cross functionally.
Here's what you get to do:
Monitor and respond to various customer support case queues used by the support center
Respond to and resolve Executive level escalations
File defect bug request in bug tracking systems as necessary and required
Research and track accounting disputes
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex billing issues
Recommend improvement in the department processes to enhance job effectiveness and efficiency
Assist with projects on an as needed basis

Strong working knowledge of SAP
Must be able to be self motivated and multi-task oriented
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in a customer support related position with increased responsibilities. Proceed with a customer-service approach to business and their job.
