The role of the Sales Support Coordinator is to assist the ESL Sales Team by coordinating regional conferences and providing administrative support to the Field Sales Managers and ESL Specialists, as well as the Director of Sales and Marketing. The Sales Support Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Support sales staff with administrative related duties
Coordinate regional sales conferences
Answer escalated customer service rep issues and be the point of contact for customers in remote areas.
Quote prices, complete paperwork, and review legal compliance in partnership with Field Marketing Manager in handling of submission.
Bachelor's degree
3+ year of experience in a support role
General knowledge of the education market and conferences
Strong communication/people skills
Some experience with event and conference scheduling/management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
General accounting knowledge
