Position : Senior Research Analyst

Description :

The Association of American Medical Colleges, representing the nation's medical schools, teaching hospitals, and related professional societies, is seeking a Senior Research Analyst. The person in this position will be a part of a team that plan, develops, and manages the data collection and reporting of information about medical school-Veterans Affairs relationships. The individual will work collaboratively on other medical school research projects as well.





Candidates should have a master’s degree and at least three years e xperience in the collection, reporting, and analysis of organization-level data. Significant experience developing and conducting national surveys focused on institutional programmatic and financial data is expected. Working knowledge of computer/database programming (SQL and PL/SQL) and of Microsoft applications (Excel and Word) is required. Attention to details and good analytical skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and constituents of varying technical backgrounds is expected.
