Job Purpose
Assist in the development and implementation of overall marketing programs for the assigned division with a scope of one or more products. Coordinates the development of strategies, advertising, and promotional programs to ensure the execution of these programs.
Attendance is required in this position.
Essential Functions
Assist Sr. Marketing Manager and GM’s in establishing marketing initiatives, with the goals of increasing sales volume and meeting profit plan. 30%
Evaluate effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs, recommending changes for improvement and reporting results. 20%
Work with other product areas of Cincinnati Bell to increase cross-sell potential and customer relationships. 10%
Assist in the communication of product initiatives throughout Cincinnati by regular interaction Product GM’s. 10%
Assist with media planning and creative strategies through interaction with media and creative agencies. 20%
Utilize all possible resources and monitor effectiveness of their efforts. 5%
Communicate with all levels of management, in a capacity of educating, training, and defining various marketing initiatives. 5%
Education
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
An equivalent combination of experience/education will be considered in lieu of a four-year degree.
Experience / Background

Special Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Agency experience a plus
Excellent research, writing, and editorial skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex or technical information..
Two (2) or more years of job related work experience.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Excellent PC skills. Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of advertising mediums.
Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact well in a positive manner.
Work requires the ability to multi-task and be flexible.
