Here is what you'll get to do:
Lead a group of on-shore and off-shore engineers in the on-time production delivery of our Audience Research & Measurement products
Understand, plan, and deliver on custom reporting requests driven by internal and external customers
Drive process and technology improvements with engineering development and IT operations teams
Manage our production facilities for optimization and efficiency including architectural planning, capacity planning, documentation, and standardization of production workflows
Lead the root cause analysis of production issues and own the corrective and preventative action plans
What you'll need to be successful:
Proven track record of innovative and imaginative solutions to unique problems
Demonstrated project management excellence, including managing to a tight schedule and repeated successful deliveries
Strong experience working with Oracle, Business Objects, or related platforms
Thorough understanding of data parsing routines
At least 2 years of management experience leading developers or IT professionals, including a mix of 3rd-party and offshore resources
Ability to work independently in dynamic environment
Outstanding verbal and written communications
Bachelors in computer science or related field

Hands-on development experience of database environments, including automation of jobs and optimization
Experience in the Quality Assurance (QA) or verification of data production output
