Our company is a therapist owned and operated private practice organization with over 50 clinics throughout east Tennessee and northern Georgia. During our twelve year history we have worked diligently to refine not only our clinical excellence but also our centralized business office support services that help improve individual clinic efficiency and performance. We have achieved great success with our current group of therapist partners and have assisted them in reaching their goals of clinic ownership. Our partners enjoy compensation on several levels. We offer competitive salaries for the industry and full benefit packages. Clinicians in director and/or partner positions are eligible for bonuses and partners also earn a percentage of profits from their clinics. Our support services include billing, account management, collections, credentialing, and recruiting. In addition we provide ongoing support to your administrative staff to help manage your office paperwork and scheduling. Also, our exceptional marketing team is ready to work daily to build your business through direct physician office visits and community awareness.


We are focused on being the best clinical and best managed company in the region. This is a lofty statement, but it provides us the basis for how we practice and grow. I have listed a few of the items below that we are doing to achieve those goals:

1. Ongoing outcome studies using nationally recognized tools to objectify and justify the value of therapy and the quality we provide.

2. A one year mentor program for new therapists to give them the clinical and organizational tools to be successful in their practice

3. Senior Therapist program that gives great clinicians a clinical tract for advancing in the company. They receive additional continuing education benefits for courses and act as mentors for our new grads.

4. A managerial tract that provides mentoring and education to develop strong clinic managers. This includes our quarterly BenchMark University program which brings our companies management team together for ongoing development of problem solving, leadership & communication skills.

5. Support for external continuing education to all clinicians and sponsoring of in-house seminars.

6. Program development of specialty programs such as Obesity, Lymphedema, Neurological, Hand Therapy and various other specialties to support patients in the communities we serve.

7. Sharing of best practices between all facilities to allow us to learn from one another.

BENEFIT INFO:

In addition to our standard benefits there are opportunities for potential sign-on, relocation assistance, specialty certification (over and above CE benefit) and bonus plan (we also offer part-time benefits info not included at this time):

1. BlueCross BlueShield health insurance benefits available 1 st of the month following 90 days employment.

2. Eligible for 401(k) the 1 st quarter following 90 days employment, company match.

3. Voluntary products are available at the employee’s expense and are payroll deducted. All products are provided at group discount rates.

4. We provide a Paid Time Off policy (PTO) for all full-time associates. The benefits are provided to associates for the purpose of regenerating physical and mental well being by having a period of time away from work with compensation as well as acknowledging the associate’s length of service and contribution to the company. For the first four years of service, full-time employees may accrue up to15 days of Paid Time Off per year (120 hrs - these hours are inclusive of 14 personal days and 1 floating holiday) . On the associate’s 4 th anniversary date, the accrual will increase to20 days of Paid Time Off per year (160 hrs - these hours are inclusive of 19 personal days and 1 floating holiday). After 7 years of service, the accrual will increase to25 days of Paid Time Off per year (200 hrs – these hours are inclusive of 24 personal days and 1 floating holiday). Time will accrue hourly from the date of hire and will be based on “regular” hours worked in one week, up to a maximum of 40 hours worked each week.Hours will not accrue on any overtime or during leave of absences. Accrual rates re as follows:

0-4 years .0577 hours of PTO per hour worked

4-7 years .0769 hours of PTO per hour worked

7+ years .0961 hours of PTO per hour worked

The company also has six paid holidays per year. The number of Holiday hours paid is based on average hours worked/ week. Full-time associates are paid eight hours for each holiday.

5. Up to $1,000/year Continuing Education for Clinical Staff. New Graduates receive $2000 in their 1 st full year of employment.

6. Therapist Licensure Reimbursement (100%).

7. APTA Membership Dues Reimbursed at 50%.
