John Deere World Headquarters is seeking a Learning Management Specialist to provide development and support to the John Deere Learning system. In this position, you will:

Provide support and troubleshoot online learning issues on end user’s machines.
Provide Tier 2 support for escalated help desk calls related to online learning.
Provide server support for Windows 2003 server.
Program SQL statements to query data.
Create scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
Create and maintain technical process documentation.



Education

Four year degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.


Required Skills and Experience

2+ years experience withWindows 2003 server technology and Internet Information Server.
1+ years experience supporting Windows operating systems.
2+ years experience with Visual Basic programming.
Experience with operating systems and their components such as Flash Players (Articulate) and Authorware.
Experience with SQL programming.


Desired Skills and Experience

A+ Certified in both hardware and Windows Based OS.
Experience with SharePoint.
Experience with SyberWorks Learning Management System (LMS).
Experience working with SQL/Server databases.
