* The Program Manager will provide Information Management (IM) Project Leadership for Aero Finance and Shared Services Functions.
* Lead projects utilizing Oracle 11i Financials and a diverse enterprise technology stack.
* Partner with Aero functional teams to improve and automate Financial processes.
* Evaluate and select vendors; Lead design, development, and cutover activities.
* Direct the activities of onshore and offshore project team members; work in a global environment.
* Develop project plans and manage projects to yearly budget targets.
* Ensure compliance to established IM standards and project management methodology practices.
* Prepare and present project plans, status reports and cost/benefit studies to senior IM & Finance staff.
* Participate with IM leadership to develop IM strategy.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in project management or business systems analysis and support.
* Minimum of 1 year experience with all aspects of the application development lifecycle through implementation.
* Minimum of 1 year experience with Oracle 11i Financial Applications and Information Delivery solutions such as Cognos.
* Six Sigma or quality methodology experience, Lean Six sigma is a plus (GE employees only).
