The Interactive Entertainment Business (IEB) Global Marketing organization is responsible for worldwide marketing efforts including brand development, advertising, promotions, partnership marketing, product marketing, market assessment, consumer insights, and customer relationship management (CRM) across the Xbox console, Xbox LIVE, Xbox games, and Games for Windows.

The IEB Global Marketing team is looking for a Consumer Relationship Marketing professional to develop and deploy customer strategies to raise customer satisfaction, optimize profitability and develop long-term customer loyalty for Xbox.

We are looking for an innovative and analytical team player to join this dynamic team as our Xbox Global CRM Manager.

This person will:
Lead the development and deployment of Global CRM plans, working with our regional CRM leads and agencies.
Own and execute US Xbox relationship marketing activities - from strategy development to marketing execution through all direct customer channels, online and offline.
Implement integrated marketing strategies across email, online, social networking, mobile and customer support. Contribute to the establishment and growth of the XBox community.
Own the growth and maintenance of our mobile marketing channel. Contribute to planning and strategy development for Social Networking.
Evangelize CRM and educate internal partners on CRM principles and practices.
Partner with systems, analytics and market research teams to provide required customer knowledge and insight.
Orchestrate the quality and consistency of customer messaging across all direct consumer relationship touch points.

This work has dependencies and impacts across IEB which require building partnerships both internally and externally. The successful candidate will work well in conjunction with other marketing disciplines, Customer Support Services, MSN GSM teams, Corporate CRM, Xbox.com, the regional sales and marketing organizations, and senior management.

Position Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a relationship marketing capacity which includes RM strategy development and implementation across touch points, offer development, targeting strategy, list generation, test and control strategies, creative development, and results analysis. A proven history of developing customer insight (research, database analytics) and converting the intelligence into action to change customer behavior is required. Exposure to international business and an appreciation for global markets is important. Candidate should possess demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams as well as strong interpersonal and judgment skills to influence internal and external teams. Strong analytical and creative skills, self motivation, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fluid, start-up environment are essential. Bachelors Degree Required, MBA or Master's degree preferred.
