Sr. Systems Engineer - work with the best engineering talent in the world in developing end-to-end systems, platforms, and applications that ensure scalable network capabilities in bandwidth, stressed, and disadvantage networks. Use software systems simulation and modeling techniques to define and develop network modeling, communications systems modeling, NMS, performance and security features, and integrate into military designs. In addition, you will lead a team of engineers to develop technical proposals for customers and subcontractors.
Sr. Software Engineer - requires an expert systems software design guru with in-depth experience developing and building large, complex systems, who can lead software intensive projects with interdisciplinary, local and remote teams, and who can tailor/optimize the entire software-engineering process in a military communications systems, C2, or C4 systems environment.
You will design and develop software systems and applications for feature enhancements and new products. Research, design, document, and test software applications by perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into software specifications.
Systems Engineers - Must have Subject Matter Expertise in identifying leading edge and breakaway technologies, implementing IP networks for large systems, knowledge of VPN, router and switch configurations, NMS, VoIP protocols, IPv6, QoS of wireless SDRs or cellular RAN systems, Net Ready KPP, tools including DOORS and ReqPro, and tactical communications experience (WIN-T,JTRS, EPRS, SATCOM), military network security (inline encryption), know the impact of waveforms on the IP stack performance, bridging technologies, NMS monitoring and storage, and network impacts on server virtualization experience. In addition, must have prior experience working with subcontractor technical management.
Requires an MSEE or MSCE with 12+ years experience in systems level design and development of sophisticated secure defense communications networks. Must have solid experience in military communications specifications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in systems engineering leadership software architecture, requirements analysis, OPNET simulation and modeling techniques, integration, test, and transition into production/operations. Must have held a Principal, Chief, or Lead Engineering position whereby problem solving and technical leadership of large proposals has been done by you.

Requires a MSEE or MSCE degree with a minimum of 9+ years in software design and development engineering for Java, Web Services, C, C++, XML, SOAP, and .NET in both LINUX and Windows environments. In addition, you MUST have at least 4+ tears experience working in Battle Command, C2, or C4 systems. A proven track record in architecture development, software application design, implementation, and test for a services oriented architecture in OO design, multithreaded and distributed programming. Must be efficient in the use of Java Technologies (RMI, Jini, J2EE), Web Services (SOAP, UDDI), C#, C++, .NET and XML. Experience with any of the following is a plus: Software Security, Clustering/Grid computing technologies, Map-based Visualization products, real-time programming. You must be able to travel 20% of the time.
