Description :
The Supervisor provides on-sight program leadership and daily oversight of the Oneonta Specialty Services (OSS) Physical Therapy staff. Under the general direction of the Director, OSS Operations and Director of Rehab Services, the Supervisor is responsible for program development and financial management.
In addition, the Supervisor is required to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement physical therapy services for patients according to principles and practices of the profession.
This position requires:
Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited collge.university; Masters degree preferred
Experience as a Physical Therapist required, preferably in an outpatient/ambulatory care setting
A valid or temporary permit or license granted by the NYS Dept of Education required
Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent communication skills required
Program development, marketing and financial management skills preferred
