Job Summary This position is a member of the company's senior leadership team and is responsible for the development of a future operations vision and for implementation of strategies for assuring that company client services are performed in accordance with best practices, strong execution, consistent precision and passion for excellence. The position includes oversight and strategy related to all client relationships . Responsibilities include proactive leadership in the area of new and creative value offerings, account retention, account management and technology based focus on electronic business rules, metrics and compliance. Job Qualifications Education/Experience: 1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in, business or a related field, Masters Degree preferred. 2. Requires ten (10) years of operations management experience. 3. Requires extensive familiarity with quality management through a metrics management approach 4. Requires extensive knowledge of process design and monitoring Knowledge: 1. Cost containment methodologies. 2. Principles of management, marketing, and sales. 3. Regulatory processes 4. State and regional market dynamics and geographical area. 5. Business environment. 6. Electronic business rules 7. Data analytics and through database query methodologies 8. Electronic financial transactions Skills and Abilities: 1. Ability to utilize current technology in performance of job functions. 2. Ability to make excellent presentations and interact well with people. 3. Ability to build and retain high performing teams 4. Excellent oral, written, and public speaking communications skills. 5. Requires the ability to think analytically and use logic in problem solving. 6. Requires strong leadership, training, motivational, and management skills. 7. Requires the ability to use personal computers and software in the performance of job duties. Collaborates with President on strategic planning, entry into new markets, and new services offerings. 2. Has oversight responsibility for strategic project ownership including integrated enterprise visioning, design and management and breakthrough thinking. 3. Work directly with client senior executives with regard to contract negotiations, new account strategic implementation, performance monitoring and compliance. 4. Service delivery, design and execution in the area of electronic financial transactions, medical management services, electronic reporting, client self service methodologies and creation of enhanced value offering., 5. Responsible for sales staff support ? collaborates with sales staff in creating and presenting effective executive level sales presentations. 6. Responsible for planning, budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning within scope of responsibility. 7. Recruitment, development and retention of a high performing management team.
